Because we want you to receive the BEST experience in viewing our website, we have created this FAQ for the possible trouble shooting of slow downloads and error message you receive about our web pages.

There are many factors that can affect the download time. From heavy internet traffic, static in your telephone line, technical problems with your ISP, technical problems with our webserver, size of the page, or cache file problems with your PC, all contribute to the frustration.

• If the page, only, partially, loads and seems to "hang" for a period of time, hit the "stop" button on your taskbar and the page may fully load.
• If many of the graphics do not load properly, hit your "reload" button.
• If your browser takes a long time to load pages, try clearing your cache. Click on the link for Clearing the Cache File.
